Marble Leos has opened its consultancy services 4 years ago for
overseas individual investors. Since then, we have helped many of
our clients to buy property in China both for investment and other
usage.
Recently the Chinese Central Government imposed new regulation in
the real estate market that basically prevent from non Chinese residence
to buy property.
Today property can be purchased by Chinese residences visa holders
and companies registered in China which leaves option only for small
group of overseas buyers and investors to buy however with long
procedures and bureaucracy.
At this point we don’t recommend our buyers to engage in property
purchasing under company title since it involves future company
maintenance expenses. Taxes expenses will be higher and it does
not make the investment quite promising.
As for our clients that are already engage in the procedures: we
don’t expect any problem to arise from the new policy since
we believe that the government will respect contracts which were
signed before the policy has been taken effect.
Our future investment portfolios- we will continue to search the
market for investment opportunities. We will focus on the commercial
and retail investments with business structure and under company’s
title. For some projects we will look for funding and we will provide
our market research and services for projects join ventures.
